Reseller quality product, not the greatest customer support.

Item arrived damaged. Not their fault but they said they would replace it and asked if I would like to order anything else. I said yes. They then did not reply or replace the item. Ignoring the damage, the product does its job. Just does not look great as it has wavy edges. I was able to fix the crushed bubble with a heat gun to make it look good enough so the quality of the plastic itself is decent, just has rippled seams. Item would work great for bringing to shows just for a bit of extra temporary protection.
